Trinity Land was founded in 2012 with the aim of delivering a premium quality chartered surveying and land agency service to landowners, developers, private and institutional clients. The business is active across a wide range of residential and commercial sectors, with particular emphasis on land promotion / value added alternative use opportunities, senior living and healthcare.

Activities incorporate advice on the disposal and acquisition of land and investments, typically those suffering poor management and lack of capital investment, or with latent planning potential for alternative or more intensive uses.

Advice is based on a thorough understanding of the market, tailored to individual client requirements in terms of risk and return, and is delivered with great energy, commitment and attention to detail.

We sell and acquire all types of development sites primarily in the South of the UK, with a focus on unlocking latent development value and generating exceptional return for our clients.

We act for a range of clients  disposing of investment and development opportunities across the south east with a focus on the Thames Valley. We also employ specialist knowledge and strategies in identifying and acquiring sites for clients with latent development value. Instructed by developers, landowners and both private and institutional investors we advise on individual sites through to large commercial, mixed-use and residential development sites.

Additionally, we undertake development viabilities while negotiating on planning permissions, licence agreements and large joint ventures. Our objective, to become a natural choice for specialist real estate solutions in land consultancy and agency within the South.

NICK JOHNSON BSc (Hons) MRICS

Nick has over 20 years experience in property investment and development and has undertaken mixed use and single sector projects in the retail, leisure, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors throughout the United Kingdom with a combined value approaching £400 million.

He has worked in both a consultancy and principal capacity, providing strategic advice on real estate acquisitions and disposals for a range of private, corporate, public, charity and institutional clients, and been directly responsible for fund management acquisitions throughout the United Kingdom for a number of private and institutional clients.

Following an initial period in residential agency, Nick graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bsc (Hons) in Real Estate Management and joined Savills in the West End, where following a period in West End Offices he concentrated on Hotels & Lesiure in the valuation and agency teams.

Subsequently Nick moved client-side with niche developer Warrant Investments, originating and developing a portfolio of retail, leisure and mixed-use assets with a combined value circa £100 million.  

Nick developed the scope of his development and investment skills further with Commercial Estates Group, with funds under management circa £750 million, and latterly Aprirose REI where as Group Estates Manager he focused on portfolio management of funds circa £750 million, and the origination of institutional grade investment / development stock.
